"LOC sees SINNEN developing their sound into psychedelic stoner rock and metal territories, the semi-hypnotic and minimalist arrangements flowing through the six tracks and 25 minutes (less is more is one of the band's mantras), bookended by the couplet Cold Moon and Burnt Sun. It's a concept album, they tell us, but as to what it's conceptualising the band would rather the listener make up their own mind."
